The Right Direction Communal Services

The Right Direction Communal Services is a tutoring and mentorship service dedicated to supporting students, primarily those in grades 5 through 12, but not limited to post-secondary students, in their academic coursework. TRD empowers scholars by providing personalized assistance, fostering academic growth, and encouraging a lifelong love for learning. Through individualized sessions, TRD aims to guide students in the right direction, helping them to navigate the challenges of not just their educational journeys, but in their journey of life. Tutoring (the work): ● We provide tutoring in the subjects of Math, Science, History, and English for primarily grades 5-12 but not limited to post-secondary scholars who are eligible for membership. (please see Bylaws Article 2 Section 1b) This is done supplying students with practice coursework, fundamental concepts, insightful tips, effective strategies, and relevant equations to aid them in comprehending challenging subjects they encounter. Mentorship (the approach): ● We mentor students towards a healthy and successful life by instilling virtues like self-patience, coachability, time management, effective study techniques, and educational wisdom. Our service is aimed at assisting students in refining their perspectives, cultivating a resilient mentality, and developing effective strategies to navigate them in their academic journeys and any other endeavors. MISSION: To offer free tutoring and mentorship to scholars actively seeking guidance, all the while empowering and supporting them in reaching their utmost potential. VISION: To be a guiding light for any eager student in search of knowledge and direction, while also providing professionals with the opportunity to give back and lead the next generation. Moreover, we aim to establish a safe and nurturing space for scholars that fosters a social environment that cultivates success.
