The ROOTS Logistics is a subsidiary of The Redwood Group. Established in 2010, The Redwood Group specializes in feedgrain, feed ingredient, and energy merchandising, commodity risk management services, and freight brokerage with more than 60 team members and over $600MM in revenues. The Redwood Group operates throughout the United States and maintains a comprehensive network to support its supply chain and integration. It is this collective network that allows Redwood to be the principal and owner of the cargo while managing the logistics of 8,000 trucks per month, 5,000 railcars each year and 6,000 containers for export to 35 countries annually.
