Our programming is founded on our philosophy that an individual's mental wellness, if nurtured on a routine basis, yields a healthier community. We offer workshops, open studio mentoring, and community events. Our flagship program, The Art of Mindfulness, is for organizations with 50 or more employees. The program explores ways in which you can use the arts to reduce stress and improve overall wellbeing, resulting in a healthier workforce.
