The Architectural Office “THEROS ARCHITECTURE” was founded in 1993 by Architects & special Collaborators concerning the preparation of surveys of private and public projects. In the projects the Office accomplished, are included Housing studies, Public Assembly buildings, Cinemas and Theaters, Commercial and Industrial buildings, Health Facilities, Stores and Offices, Residential Complexes, Cultural Centers and Sport Facilities. A special reference should be made in entries and awards in National & International Architecture Contests. The Office has also produced Bioclimatic Design studies and Energy Upgrade Studies, like Nearly Zero Energy Consumption Building Studies (NZB – NEARLY ZERO ENERGY BUILDING). From 1995 to 2011 the Office was active in private construction projects with the Construction Company THEROS ARCHITECTURE S.A. The founding members of Office Vassilis Trachanas and Makis Dimitroglou withdrew in 2006 and 2012 respectively. The Office is composed by the Architects: Kostas Grigoratos, Architect Yannis Ragousis, Architect The Architects until the December 2010 participated also, with their design class degrees, in the company “DOMES E. APOSTOLIDES & CO.” In 2015 was formed the Architectural Firm “ THEROS – K. GRIGORATOS and COL. P.C. “ with trade name “ THEROS ARCHITECTS P.C. “, which holds design class (E) for category 06 and design class (D) for category 07 (reg. No 876)
