The Rugby Pathway

The Rugby Pathway is run by a small but hugely dedicated team. Our goal is to assist teams by providing a parallel pathway to their own set up, through our database. The Rugby Pathway database will be fueled by emerging, elite level players, both male and female, from all of the possible conduits. Through our platform, young players can create their own unique profile, or rugby CV if you will. Only by serving these young and ambitious players well, can we really in turn serve the industry and aid retention, by providing a high quality, go-to resource that’s respected and wanted by the rugby industry.
