Independent firm in construction economics and assistant to the contracting authority, I intervene in the act of construction from the sketch phase to the award of works contracts. Individual or collective housing, industry, public facilities, offices are my favorite fields, mainly in the Rennes and Nantes town area. Alongside young architects or recognized agencies, I provide technical and economic support to my clients in order to secure and sustain their projects.
