How we do it!
Workshops - We run paid, private and free workshops that support individuals and organizations in expanding self-awareness, self-efficacy and self-expression.
Group Series - Quaterly, we run The Self Series which is an intimate, 7-week guided experience that supports you in meeting more of who you are!
Discord Community - the work might be personal, but the impact is collective. As you navigate your own journey, do it alongside a diverse bunch of kind, reflective humans. Join our discord where we share resources, ask questions, engage in interesting discussions and open up our minds.
Speaking - We also speak at events and gatherings on the topics of - self & identity, connection and introspection.
