SELFHOOD is a global learning community for introspective individuals actively exploring who they are and how they live. What we do! We create tools, experiences and spaces that support you in deepening and expanding your awareness of, and connection to, your selfhood. Selfhood: "Selfhood is not a fixed or static concept but rather a dynamic and evolving aspect of an individual's life. It encompasses the totality of one's being, including thoughts, emotions, beliefs, values, upbringing, cultural influences, personal experiences, and interactions". How we do it! Workshops - We run paid, private and free workshops that support individuals and organizations in expanding self-awareness, self-efficacy and self-expression. Group Series - Quaterly, we run The Self Series which is an intimate, 7-week guided experience that supports you in meeting more of who you are! Discord Community - the work might be personal, but the impact is collective. As you navigate your own journey, do it alongside a diverse bunch of kind, reflective humans. Join our discord where we share resources, ask questions, engage in interesting discussions and open up our minds. Speaking - We also speak at events and gatherings on the topics of - self & identity, connection and introspection.
