The Signalling Company has been created in 2019 to disrupt the railway signalling world. We will ease the transition to safe, future proof and affordable signalling systems for heavy and light rail stakeholders. We are currently building a better ETCS onboard solution, to make the signalling of the future cost-effective, flexible and future proof. The Signalling Company was originally created (on April, 1st, 2019) as a joint-venture between 2 Belgian companies: ERTMS Solutions S.R.L. and Lineas S.A. The Signalling Company’s majority stake was acquired on February 20, 2023, by Skoda Group. Led by a seasoned team of entrepreneurs and railway experts, and run with a clear objective of customers satisfaction in a family minded team, The Signalling Company has already started to make a difference.
