The Sikh Development Academy (TSDA) is a leading Sikh youth charity with one purpose - to inspire young people to be their best self, see themselves as future leaders of tomorrow and transform lives for generations to come.
We believe all young people should have opportunities and experiences that empower them to realise their future potential and make an impact in the world.
Our youth programmes are designed to meet the contemporary needs of young people where they can discover how to build positive mindsets, explore their character, and make social action part of their life.
We work with partners and community-based Sikh organisations to create an inclusive youth engagement provision though our national frameworks and create a more connected and structurally strong network.
Our Vision is a world in which every young Sikh person is empowered to make a positive difference in their life and realise their future potential as leaders of tomorrow.
Our Mission is to strengthen the Sikh community, organisations and families and give every young Sikh person the opportunities and experiences they need to help create positive changes on the issues that affect their lives, their communities and broader society.
