SIPAR is an institution specialized in the fields of education and sustainable development, established in 2022 in Maysan Governorate as an independent non-governmental organization and officially registered in the General Secretariat of the Iraqi Council of Ministers. SIPAR represents a starting point and inspiration for the ambitious Iraqi youth to develop their professional and technical skills and create job opportunities that guarantee them a decent life. Among our goals: Training and development of youth in general areas that contribute to finding job opportunities for them (occupational health and safety, computer, programming, etc.). Charitable work and support volunteer activities to contribute to alleviating poverty in the community, as well as helping the sick and the needy. Supporting and empowering young entrepreneurs to promote the private sector and create job opportunities that contribute to the development of society.
