Markets are conversations. This is the first Thesis of the ClueTrain Manifesto and it is the basis for everything we do, online and offline. We create, support and facilitate community management for our clients. We help them connect with their (prospective) clients and strike up a real conversation. One that focusses on value, openness and continuity. We don't like having to fill out long forms, but if needed, we know how to put just enough characters in a field to make it validate.
