Our mission is to embrace, equip, and empower women and families by providing holistic, Christ-inspired, reproductive medical services and support.
Our holistic model includes services for the body, mind, and spirit. With this model, we not only meet women’s immediate needs, but we also provide ongoing services and assistance to help them break cycles of crisis and unhealthy decisions and leave our centers empowered to make healthy choices in the future in every aspect of their lives.
The Source for Women of Houston operates three centers around Houston and provides the following cost-free services to our clients:
- Medical: pregnancy testing, ultrasound exams, STD/STI screening
- Counseling (with LPCs and LPC-Is): relationship counseling and support, post-abortion support
- Support: maternal/infant support services and referrals, Texas Women’s Health Program and Medicaid application assistance, adoption referrals, medical referrals
- Education: 4Real classes (relationship, finance, parenting, faith, and other classes)
- Spiritual mentorship and prayer (upon request)
