Having been in the restaurant business since 2007. It was 2014 when Rob, my now business partner, approached me with the idea of starting our own little tap house and eatery. We were attracted to the Rancho area and started our search there. I think it was actually just days until we found the location. It was hammered and needed to be completely gutted, but the landlord's offer made it hard to pass up. We signed that day and began work immediately. With our own four hands and the help of friends and family members, within 6 months, we turned a dump into what is know The Stackz Co. From idea and concept to reality.
