Mindset Coaching for Athletes I help athletes maximise their performance by developing their mental fitness. I work with aspiring athletes on the pathway to elite or professional sports. I also support sports parents and coaches by giving them insights into sports psychology and teaching them key tools & techniques to help their athletes increase their mental fitness. It's widely recognised that developing mental strength is vital for competitive athletes. In fact most elite athletes these days work with a sports therapist or mindset coach. I believe there's a huge gap in support for athletes on the pathway to elite sports - and that's why I'm driven to do this work. I have first-hand experience of competitive sport (fencing was my thing!). And I often wonder what might've been if I had access to a mindset coach. I'm now a parent to two aspiring athletes - rugby and athletics are their things! These experiences fuel my passion to support the mindset development of athletes and their families. Using the principles and theories of sports psychology, peak performance and behavioural sciences, I have created a suite of services to help athletes increase their mental fitness. My programmes and workshops will help athletes to boost their performance and reach their true potential. I focus on instilling a winner's mindset to give athletes a distinct competitive advantage.
