Founded in 2021 by Ken and Shannon Eslick, The Leaders Lab (originally Summit Careers, established in 2012) has emerged as a proven leader in full-cycle contingent and retained leadership recruiting, successfully placing over 1,000 executives.
Ken's extensive experience as a Fortune 500 Vice President has greatly enhanced our ability to connect exceptional leaders with organizations. However, we recognized that many agencies merely fill openings without addressing the underlying challenges of high-volume recruiting. To tackle this issue head-on, we launched The Talent Lab in 2025. Our innovative talent acquisition system and dedicated team empower high-growth companies to effectively fill their talent pipelines while saving significant costs in the process.
Over the past few years, we have leveraged our experience in the industry and invested significant time and money in developing recruitment systems that are highly effective. We leverage AI and utilize 20+ different software programs to identify the right candidates whenever and wherever we need them, and we use that technology to then engage on a personal level (real conversations). It is our opinion that technology should enhance a personalized experience not replace it. For the first time, we are making our systems available to our clients at a fraction of the cost of traditional recruitment methods.
