We are highly trained and qualified Psychotherapists, delivering tailored solutions to help you work through and solve any particular mental health issues you may be facing. We are experienced in all aspects of Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Trauma, Bereavement, Relationships and much more. We will work with you to find you the right therapist for your needs, and the therapist will work with you to create a treatment plan to reach your individual goals within therapy. We are also working across the education and public sector providing one to one and group work for students and staff. Our BYOB service for education professionals is confidential one to one service based on CBT principles. It is not therapy but a space to talk in confidence about what is keeping you stuck and work with the therapist to learn a wealth of CBT tools and skills to help reduce stress.
