The UK construction industry isn’t set up for Subcontractors to thrive. With three decades of Main Contractor experience, we’ve witnessed these challenges firsthand and are dedicated to changing that. Since 2019, we’ve worked exclusively with Subcontractors, starting with estimation consultancy and evolving into full training by 2021. Our mission is to empower Subcontractors from tender stage through to a profitable final account. The Numbers Room We run a weekly, free training drop-in session with Russ Rack from Subport Durham. Training for Subcontractors We offer three comprehensive courses to enhance tendering and commercial skills for construction Subcontractors based in the UK: -Get Ready to Tender- For subcontractors turning over up to £1m, this entry-level programme focuses on tendering fundamentals. -Pipeline- Designed for Subcontractors with £1m-£10m turnover. A six-month programme covering tendering processes, commercial management, and financial strategies, including weekly group calls, bespoke documents, and one-to-one reviews. -Pipeline DIY- *NEW* Designed for Subcontractors with £1m-£10m turnover. Want all of the learning, but not fussed about group calls and extra support? Check out our new ‘Pipeline DIY’ programme. -One to One- Ideal for Subcontractors over £10m turnover, or smaller teams needing intensive training.
