"The Studio" is a safe place where we assume a practice of therapeutic curiosity to help promote transparency and vulnerability to begin working through our internal systems. We believe that everyone can grow and benefit from processing overwhelming emotions, setting healthy boundaries, and communicating effectively. Who: We are a group of therapists who share a vision to provide professional, compassionate and integrated counseling services throughout the Volunteer State. What: Our purpose is to create a warm, safe, and professional environment for clients and families to move toward healing, growth, and change. How: We do all things with the highest ethics and compliance, professionalism, and an ongoing effort to stay updated on resources, counseling models, strategies, and techniques. We believe in a creative approach. We can tap into a client’s inner world through talking, but sometimes it also looks like drama, play, sand tray, dancing, art-making, or bilateral movement.
