Welcome to The Therapy Co! It’s a mental health space run by Counselling Psychologist, Shristy Agarwal. We are dedicated to providing compassionate support and empowering individuals on their mental health journeys. Currently we are offering Individual Counselling to individuals who are experiencing Anxiety, Stress, Effects of Trauma, Relationship Difficulties, Attachment Related Concerns, Life Transitions etc. We also organise Support Groups to create a safe and supportive space for people to connect, share, and discuss their experiences related to mental health and emotional well-being.
