I’m sure you’re asking yourself, “Richard, what makes this online community different from all the rest?” or “why did you even start this community?” Well, with Just Connecting, which I’ve run since 2009, I focused primarily on in-company training for enterprises and international organizations, not on individual entrepreneurs, freelancers, or other LinkedIn trainers. Almost 5 years ago, we stopped offering open training sessions, but I still get messages from my network of 50,000 LinkedIn followers looking for guidance, support, and ongoing training. I have now been able to support over 200,000 people with their personal brand, content strategy, and lead generation. Plus, as a member of an independent European think tank and initiator of several well-known studies, I have unique insights and knowledge. Why not share that knowledge with others? As a leader in the social selling space, it became clear that I could apply my expertise and passion towards helping a larger community of individuals looking to accelerate their network and growth on LinkedIn.
