We're putting the spotlight on men who are age 40 and over specifically.
It's not that they're the only ones craving a rebalancing in life. It's just that we've got this hunch, backed by some pretty solid insights that it’s a demographic poorly served and open to a new way.
So many men face a difficult time and live in silence, some making the ultimate sacrifice. We feel like this is unacceptable and addressable.
So, what is Tryb? It is, first and foremost, a community of like minds built on openness and trust. We are working towards the creation of a marketplace to provide access to services, modalities and new systems of living. Think nature-based exercise, breath work or meditation, wild-swimming to psychedelics and altered states of mind.
Within the community, we will dive into the stuff that matters and will not be afraid to ask the questions that matter.
