Founded in 2011, Virtual Applied Research International—the VARI Group—is a community of practice focused on cross-boundary collaboration and innovation. Our vision is to make state-of-the-art tools for organization development affordable and accessible to every business. Our Science of Pure Performance® deals holistically with the interaction of people, process, and technology. Although well-defined “repeatable solutions” are available to change process or change technology, there was no repeatable solution for changing people. The PerfectCoaches® app addresses that problem. Using a process that harnesses artificial intelligence to emulate the behavior of a human coach or confidant, it can reliably help one person—or one million people—change what they do.
