Since 1997 our Practice has dealt with difficulties at a number of companies, both small and at national and internationak scale, providing mediation services for amicable or court approved agreements as well as safeguard and recovery plans or court-ordered sales and transfers. We have developed an expertise on complex situations and strategic negotiations, beyond situation of insolvency proceedings. With locations in Nantes and Paris, our Practice has developed on a human scale and through the need for strong cohesion between its members. Aurélia PERDEREAU became Partner 2005, Bertrand MANIERE in 2012 and Jonathan EL BAZE in 2013. Each year we welcome high level trainees eager to discover and participate in our missions with enthusiasm.
