I’m not a therapist, but I can help you think about the right questions to ask at your next appointment. I specialize in working with adults - executives, creatives, entrepreneurs, and those in life transition who are looking to dive into self-discovery and understanding. I also work with young adults in life transitions looking for guidance on where to start mapping out their life plans in or post-college.
As a neurodiversity advisor, I work with companies to encourage education, collaboration, and employee support around neurodiversity within their core company values and broader DEI strategy. I aim to reframe neurodiversity as an untapped and inexpensive resource that every human should know about and harness - for better workplace communication, collaboration, and joy in life.
