The Weird and Wild

The Weird and Wild is a content platform run by climate communicator, Woo Qiyun. It aims to be a resource to help people make sense of complex climate issues through creative visual storytelling. Through colourful visuals, my work has engaged with thousands of people worldwide over the years by providing accessible and interesting mediums of environmental education. Part of this work also aims to amplify Southeast Asian research, advocacy and information in the larger climate media landscape. As a sustainability digital creator, I've produced a variety of environmental education work ranging from comics, exhibition infographics, social media campaigns, videos, podcasts and talks. While I'm a small, growing brand, I've had great support from aligned local and international brands, organisations and individuals that work with me to developing interesting science communication content to the curious and concerned.
