Founded in 1979, The Women’s Fund has provided over 30 years of service to the women and girls of the Houston area. The purpose of The Women’s Fund, a 501(c)3 not for profit organization, is to support medical research which concentrates on the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of women; to enhance health education through the dissemination of the most current medical information available; and to encourage women to take individual initiatives in establishing good personal health habits that prevent illness and promote enjoyment of an enriched life.
Current Mission: To provide Houston area women and girls with the tools they need to be advocates for their health.
