The Workplace Therapist offers specialized consulting services to improve workplace health, performance and individual well-being. Our relational approach emphasizes building connections to promote healing, development, and performance. There are three main arms to our business:
1. Bespoke Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and wellbeing programs - hand picked professionals deliver high quality, trauma informed therapy to the lucky employees whose employers utilise our EAP service. Employees choose their own therapists after reviewing their bios and can continue seeing them privately after their EAP sessions have been used if they wish. The service is flexible and can be scaled up or down in line with an budget, you might offer people 1 session per year, or maybe you offer them 6, or maybe its just in response to big events. We have years of experience in this space and can make suggestions for what might work best for you. Lots of our EAP clients complement the service with monthly wellbeing sessions - the topics of these can be chosen by staff in a confidential survey. This approach enhances buy-in from staff and takes away the headaches of sourcing multiple providers and dreaming up topics that 'might' be popular with your team.
2. Workplace consulting - training, conflict support, team interventions. Each workplace is unique and each human is unique, and guess what... workplaces are filled with humans!! We utilise all our therapist skills to understand your organisation, listen to your people and collaborate with you to provide professional development and interventions that address the heart of the matter. We also pride ourselves on making the whole thing enjoyable. Oh, and of course, if you just want off the shelf, we can do that too!
3. Therapy - We are therapists. Although we specialise in workplaces, we couldn't ever abandon our core business and our roots. We provide ongoing therapy, inc trauma reprocessing therapy to individuals & couples. We love it all!
