Le chef Thierry Marx et le Collège de Paris ont lancé, en 2020, le Thierry Marx College : le premier Bachelor implanté dans le monde rural, à Souillac dans la Vallée de la Dordogne. Ce cursus a comme objectif de former des chefs « chefs d’entreprise » au management et à l’innovation, en phase avec les exigences contemporaines de mesure de l’impact social et environnemental autour de la valorisation de produits de qualité.
