Founded in 2005 as Leadership incorporated, a consulting and coaching firm focused on turning people in leadership roles into true leaders, the company has grown and evolved to support leaders in answering the questions: 1) how do we grow this thing? and/or 2) how do we survive the growth of this thing?
Think Business Growth works with progressive organizations of 50-500 with management teams of 6 and up. Our clients know people are their greatest asset and the development of the organization depends upon the development of people and teams.
