Think Different is an Abuse Prevention and Support course to prevent abuse and increase self-worth.
To break the cycle of abuse, it is essential that children are educated about the causes and effects associated with it.
There are known factors which influence abuse, such as traumatic experiences, unhealthy values, low self-esteem and emotional management. Think Different teaches about these topics and provides understanding and techniques of how to control our emotions and behaviours.
Think Different leads participants to increase self-esteem, inner strength, emotional management and compassion, resulting in healthier values and relationships.
