Out of an estimated 35,000 private schools in Ghana, about 80% provide basic education to school-going children, and more than half of these serve children from low-income communities. The market share of low-cost private schools has grown steadily throughout Ghana in response to gaps in access and quality of public schools. However, these low-cost private schools often lack the resources and support necessary to provide quality education to their students. Think Education is committed to empowering low-cost private schools across Ghana. Our goal is to support low-cost private schools to deliver quality education, creating equal opportunities for all children to access education and thrive. Through a data-driven and collaborative approach, Think Education fosters innovation, community engagement, and lifelong learning, ensuring sustainable and impactful improvements in the low-cost private school ecosystem.
