By offering counselling and therapeutic solutions, both in person and virtually, we’re here to help you bring about the change you’re looking for. I wanted to create therapeutic solutions that were accessible and helpful to everyday people, a no-judgement, no holds-barred space where you can unload all of the challenges you are facing, and together we strategically work towards moving forward. Sometimes all it takes is time to have a vent and space to gain an outside perspective to completely change the way we think and live. Too often we get caught up in the everyday slog of real life. It feels monotonous, heavy and exhausting, and without support the dark hole creeps up faster than we realise. We are busy, buried deep into the hustle culture we are led to believe is imperative for survival. But it’s making us sicker, mentally and physically, making every day just that little bit more difficult. We are in the middle of a serious mental health crisis in this country, and therapy is becoming increasingly inaccessible to those who would benefit it. The misinformed view that a GP mental health plan is compulsory in order to seek help, is hindering a lot of people and being placed in the too hard basket. Having access to talk to someone throughout life’s up and downs is a necessity for your overall wellness. I know how difficult it is to fit in appointments, so we've opened both in person clinics in Sydney CBD and the Central Coast, and virtual options for all appointments.
