TMG is a lawfully registered non-profit organisation in Ghana with a dedicated focus on especially underprivileged communities. Through our tailored programs, we prioritise entrepreneurship development, practical skills training, economic empowerment, and advocacy/support initiatives. Our Vision: To foster creativity and innovation by uniting diverse minds, equipping them with resources, and supporting their pursuit of ideas that generate long-term positive effects on individuals, communities, and the environment. Our Mission: We believe that skills development and entrepreneurship can effectively create jobs and empower marginalised groups, particularly women and youth in rural communities. Our aim is to provide sustainable employment opportunities that curtail rural-urban migration and illegal immigration to ensure growth and development.
