Think Like A Startup is an interactive "think tank" style workshop. In 90 minutes, we work together, inside the TLAS format, to identify and align on the THREE most impactful, measurable solutions that could be implemented immediately, to begin to deal with the top challenge that the stakeholders in that room identify that the organization is facing, as it relates to its stated goals. The manufactured environment is designed with time constraints and unexpected changes to group dynamics, and thus forces participants to quickly identify, categorize, prioritize and crowd-source identification of problems, and solutions, as one cohesive team. TLAS 90-minute “Think Tanks” and “Own Your Narrative” trainings are facilitated for large enterprises, associations, educational institutions and impact organizations.
