We build Listening Labs so that people can think better. Our Think Perspective training programmes bring the power of better listening and better thinking into the hands of real people in their day to day lives. We aim to raise the quality of interactions through self-awareness and reduce the negative knock on effect from poor conversations. This means people can really hear what others have to offer, instead of hearing the noise of their own assumptions and ideas in their mind, waiting to talk or interrupting.
