(founded 1997 originally as Nude Lingerie) Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) – Enhance overall supply chain flexibility & capabilities, implement fact based global sourcing strategy, drive continuous improvements and operational excellence in terms of Cost, Speed, Quality and Productivity. o Vet, engage and onboard new strategic suppliers, including tender & RFx. o Implement minimal impact vendor consolidation strategy and exit incumbent vendors. o Utilize complex data sets to roll out QR and long range forecasts and capacity planning. o Execute 3rd party distribution and store level pick & pack at source for complex multi-vendor product mix. o Streamline and optimize operational/organizational structure with immediate cost saving implications. o Advance SOP’s from Excel to Creative Suite to various PLM systems, including cross system IT integration. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) – Sustainability development across all levels of business with a focus on environmental impact, improving cost and transformation. o Converted 100T annual plastic hanger waste into reuse/resupply/recycle program while saving $250K USD. o Developed Bio material (biodegradable & compostable) replacement for poly bags in multiple businesses. o Innovate shipping cartons to optimize space, improve reuse and convert to picking bays. o Product development and sourcing of recycled/recyclable yarns and fabrics. o Sustainability and Eco-Vendor development and sourcing beyond Ethical & Social Compliance.
