Hi, welcome to the Third Party Therapy podcast, a bi-weekly podcast that brings the third party risk conversations to life. Helping you realise that no one has all the answers and everyone is looking for new ideas and tips. My name is Mike Day, I’ve been in and around Procurement and Third Party Risk for over 20 years now across a number of firms in telecoms, consulting and finance. Most recently setting up and running a Third Party Risk function for a leading insurer I’m lucky enough to attend a few conferences and round tables and the conversations we have are often a form of therapy, making you realise you aren’t miles behind and allowing you to look forward. Third Party Therapy is a series of informal, sometimes light hearted, interviews and discussions that looks to bring those conversations to life and give more people access to them. We’ll discuss key topics, to understand what worked well and what went wrong, what people struggle with and to bring in ideas from other industries too. I’ll be asking the questions that folks may feel silly or uncomfortable asking too.
