We develop the software package CANDO (computer aided nanotechnology design and optimization). Our computational platform is primarily being developed to set up advanced alchemical calculations for molecular packages such as AmberMD. CANDO is being used as a front-end web based UI using JupyterLab notebooks. We have developed network control software to distribute the multiple compute jobs associated with alchemical calculations over many computers including: spot allocated AWS EC2 instances, public supercomputers, and local private clusters. We maintain strong industry standard security systems for individual user information shielding and baseless security networks. For German translation, see the tab above.
