The Happy Hour

The Happy Hour is a place where you can walk in and talk it out when life is bringing you stress. It makes talking to a therapist or coach as easy as going to a yoga class. Working on your mental health can be just as rewarding as working on your abs, except maybe for the sore muscles. We’ve all had those days when our emotions are tangled up. Whether it’s a problem you can’t find your way through, or a worry that won’t go away, talking it out can help you get to the heart of the matter, and feel better. It's not a miracle, it just feels like one. While we work on opening our own locations, we’ll be popping-up around town.
