This Thing Did Good. is a social enterprise, with 50% of profits going to organisations supporting physical and mental health. A Good day can look different for all of us. Some days are tough, some are excellent, some are just Good. Recognising what Good looks and feels like is a powerful tool for keeping a healthy perspective, identifying next steps to take in a challenging moment, building resilience and having conversations with others that do a little, or a lot, of Good as well. This project is founded by Design and Branding Wizard, Martin Sully (Snapper Studio - https://www.snapper.studio) and Performance, Resilience and Mental Skills Coach, Kath Bicknell (Intelligent Action https://intelligentaction.cc). We both have our own connections to wanting to support physical and mental health in ourselves and others, and we're confident you do too.
