THIS WAY UP™ provides online treatment programs, education and research in anxiety and depressive disorders. At THIS WAY UP, we empower individuals by giving them access to online help and treatment for anxiety, depression and other mood disorders.
For clinicians, we provide them with training manuals to keep them updated about the latest and most effective way to treat anxiety and depressive disorders. All our services are based on the principles of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), clinically proven and backed by research.
THIS WAY UP is part of the Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression (CRUfAD), and is a joint facility of St Vincent’s Hospital and the University of New South Wales. The unit was established by Professor Gavin Andrews to reduce the impact of anxiety and depressive disorders on individuals.
