The mission of This Is My Brave, Inc. is to end the stigma surrounding mental health by empowering individuals to share their personal stories of their experiences with mental illness and/or addiction through the performing arts. Our storytellers express themselves through poetry, essays, original music -- maybe even dance or standup comedy -- on stage in front of a live audience, and through stories submitted and published to our blog, and via our YouTube channel.
