The Hive Network Africa, a not for profit and non political organization was established to ensure that Africa’s next generation of ground breakers are equipped with the right knowledge and incubated under the right environment so that they can grow to become ladders through which the younger generations can become better, smarter, faster, and simply more productive through Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development. The Organization aims to promote the Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development of Youths 15 - 35years across Africa. One of our driving aspirations is the improvement of African Leaders and economies OUR PROGRAMS 1. CAMPUS TRAINING TOUR An Annual training conference on entrepreneurship, leadership, personal development, innovation and empowerment for university students and Youths. Its is also designed to bring entrepreneurs across the continent together to network and share ideas, and connect with private and public sector leaders in their various Cohort Locations to tackle Entrepreneurship and Leadership challenges facing the youths. 2. CREATIVE YOUTH MENTORING PROGRAM. The program is designed for training and mentoring in leadership, personal development, personal values, Career choices, Entrepreneurial creativity and intelligence building of students of Senior Secondary Schools. 3. CREATIVE YOUTH ARTS AND SCIENCE FAIR A biennial Fair designed to promote and Empower Creative Youths 18-30yrs with seed capital and investments for creative entrepreneurial ideas in the Arts and Science industry. The network has hosted over 13 offline events and over 12 webinars and has impacted over 4,000 youths through the above stated programs and over 2,000 through partnerships. The network has also given Scholarships to 4 University students. Notable among the network's partners is The Edo State Government, Edo State Skills Development Agency (EDOJOBS) and The Nigerian Gas Marketing Company (NGMC).
