2023 will mark my 20th anniversary in the orthopedic industry. Over the past two decades, whether as a member or leader of a team, I have been apart of twenty percent or greater increase in sales year-by-year with corresponding growth in annual gross profit. As the leader of a sales team, customer satisfaction scores for communication and responsiveness were the highest by far of any company metric year after year, department turnover was zero, and team morale remained high and positive…even during the darkest times of the COVID years. Seasoned veteran as an ISO 13485 certified contract manufacturer in the orthopedic industry, specializing in large/small joint, spine, and extremities, with expertise in establishing and growing successful customer-supplier relationships and building new business opportunities. Also experienced in NADCAP, ISO 9001, and AS9100 certified contract manufacturing for the aerospace and defense industries, with a focus on rocket engine components. Responsibilities in sales, new business development, and marketing activities; including website development, as well as social media, print and digital media advertising. Proficient in GD&T, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Design for Manufacturability (DFM), and quality/inspection procedures. Experience includes a wide array of implants, instruments, and delivery systems for the aforementioned orthopedic systems. Over 27 years of engineering, purchasing, planning and project management experience in a manufacturing environment, utilizing various machining, assembly and finishing disciplines. In addition to over 18 years in the orthopedic industry, past work experience includes tool & die design for the automotive industry, plastic injection molding, and automated equipment design. I specialize in authentic leadership from a positive organizational behavior perspective, project management for both internal and external customers, and striving to bring out excellence in all of my clients and coworkers.
