I began my design career in 1987. The day after I graduated from high school, I dove head first into the world of designing ads and overseeing production for a small local newspaper in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. With only limited resources in which to work and no “formal” training, as the years passed me by, so did technology. It wasn’t until during a most humbling interview, where I presented a portfolio filled with hand-rendered advertisements that I was asked if I had ever heard of Adobe Photoshop. "What's Photoshop?"... And so began the journey into the Visual Communications program at The Art Institute where I graduated in 1999. FAST FORWARD... Launched in 2014 and backed by 30 years of experience, Thomas M. Evans Design specializes in logo & identity development, marketing collateral, direct mail, brochures, sales & event support, and package design. Creative thinking and strategy starts in a small studio outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. But, it extends well beyond those boundaries with dedicated partners whom I've worked with for many years. These include top-notch developers, photographers, copywriters, printers, manufacturers, and suppliers. At Thomas M.
