THOMAS & ASSOCIATES WLL, Corporate Services was established in 2004 by its Managing Partner, Mr. V K Thomas. In his career in Bahrain, spanning over more than four decades, he has honed his skills in a wide variety of areas including corporate, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, banking and finance, aviation, real estate, labour and immigration matters.
We are associated with Al Ansari & Partners, Attorneys & Legal Consultants, who acted as legal counsel for various local and international financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, project finance and private aviation finance involving multinational companies, international banks and law firms from around the world.
Our main practice areas include: corporate, company registrations, corporate secretarial and compliance services, Mergers and acquisitions, local and international financing, contracts, agencies, franchising and distribution arrangements, hospitality, insurance, construction, banking, education, joint ventures, labour and immigration, Arbitration and Litigation.
In 2016, we broadened our global footprint by opening a new office in Kochi, India, under the name Thomas & Partners. This expansion allows us to serve our clients with a strong presence in India, offering localized expertise and support for business ventures and legal matters in the region.
In 2024, our international growth continued with the launch of TT Law Professional Corporation in Canada, led by our Partner, Tinju Thomas. This new office enhances our ability to cater to the North American market, providing tailored legal services and strategic advice to clients across various sectors.
