It’s been my privilege for many years to work with early-career professionals and students as they discover their strengths and explore career direction. I have seen in myself and in others that the attributes that make excellent students often differ from the skills needed as job seekers, team members, and leaders. My experience and collaborative coaching skills combine with customized support to offer my clients a unique edge to gain self-awareness and achieve goals. I interviewed, hired, and led individuals for almost thirty years, from interns to seasoned professionals. As an engineer and leader in a Fortune 50 company, I coached my direct reports and others on career development plans and helped coordinate and explore options for their subsequent assignments. Since retiring, I became a certified Career and Leadership Coach to focus on my favorite aspect of that rewarding career. I love seeing my clients succeed!
