Welcome to the Thomas Health Foundation. The Foundation was founded in 1989 to support Herbert J. Thomas Jr., Memorial Hospital and later Saint Francis Hospital. Collectively, these hospitals have been serving the community for over 170 years. At the Foundation, we strive to ensure that all donations are stewarded directly toward the greatest needs of the hospitals and the patients we serve.
As a non-profit foundation, we partner with individuals and corporations who share our vision and support our philanthropic efforts. The Foundation is guided by a diversified Board of Directors comprised of outstanding community leaders who oversee the work of the Foundation through board meetings, various committee meetings and close collaboration with the Executive Director and staff.
The Foundation practices excellence in philanthropy and cultivates giving relationships to provide valued resources that support Thomas Health's mission to deliver compassionate and exceptional healthcare to improve the well-being of the communities it serves.
