I offer start-up and business consulting as well as executive, business and team coaching for (unemployed and job-seeking) founders and start-ups as well as SMEs. My special focus in start-up and management consulting is on social entrepreneurship and online start-ups. My focus in coaching is on supporting founders and entrepreneurs with professional and personal challenges that can arise from a location-independent lifestyle, among other things, as well as improving their own self-perception, self-confidence and productivity. I provide support in business model development and improvement, marketing strategy, digitalization planning and optimization of communication and sales structures. A consulting grant is available for SMEs via the Federal Office of Economics and Export Controls (BAFA) in the amount of 50 to 80 % (max. 2800 €, 40 hours), for non-profit organizations. Unemployed or job-seeking founders can receive funded start-up coaching (up to 75 hours) with an activation and placement voucher (AVGS), which can be approved by the responsible administrator.
