The Thomasville Community Development Corporation (TCDC) is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to improving the quality of life and creating wealth-building opportunities for residents of Thomasville’s under-invested neighborhoods. We work hand-in-hand with local communities to address systemic inequities, foster economic mobility, and strengthen neighborhood resiliency. Our initiatives focus on: • Affordable Housing & Homeownership: Expanding access to safe, quality housing and supporting first-time homebuyers. • Community Revitalization: Enhancing infrastructure, public spaces, and local amenities to build vibrant, thriving neighborhoods. • Workforce & Business Development: Providing resources, training, and support for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and job seekers. • Health & Environmental Justice: Advancing health equity through environmental improvements and climate justice projects.
